NO MINIMUM ORDER OR DROP SHIPPING FEE
Ready Tool is committed to customer service and has no minimum order
value or additional drop shipping fee. While other
manufactures charge a fee for drop shipping parts for their distributors, we help keep
your shipping charges to a minimum by providing these services at no additional charge.
You only pay for the shipping method you request.
SPECIALS
Ready Tool welcomes the opportunity to supply specials to our valued customer. Just call,
fax, or mail us a sketch and we will send you a prompt reply. Most specials are quoted
on the same day of receipt. Expedite delivery service is available at a small
charge.
REBUILD & REPAIR POLICY
We offer prompt repair and rebuilding services on all our products. Our standard Live
Centers will be totally reconditioned at 45% of the list cost of a new live center.
If a standard live center is beyond practical repair will will issue a 20% discount
towards the purchase of a new equivalent live center. We regrind and repair Solid
Centers of All makes. Please ship item(s) to the above address, Attn: Repairs.
User to return product shipping prepaid. We reserve the right to scrap material held at
our facility after a six month period, if unclaimed or unresponsive.

Call by 2:00 PM ET and we will ship any in stock item the same day. We have a 95%
fulfillment rate.
